How to make paper pots

The first thing you'll need is some paper. I use newspaper as it's eco friendly and cheap.

Pull out a whole sheet and fold it over again.

Using a jar, roll the newspaper around it, making sure about 3 inches overhang the open end and secure with some sticky tape. Push the overhanging paper into the inside of the jar.

Slide the newspaper off the jar and with a smaller jar or a rolling pin push down into the centre of the paper pot to fasten it together.

Now you have a lovely little handmade pot. Pop in a seed or two and when it's ready to go into the garden put it in pot and all.
